Hula Hoop Technique and Play
6.00pm – 7.30pm (week 1, all levels)
12noon – 1.30pm (week 2, all levels)
Open to both experienced hoopers and beginners, this class aims to broadly cover the various facets of hula hooping, with a focus on technique and individual goals. We will explore separations (multiple hoops at once across various body parts), foot hooping, manipulation, and some isolations. For those with experience we will also work on progressing existing individual skills and goals, while also working towards short individual and group sequences for everyone involved. We all love to be in the air, but sometimes it's necessary to get back on the ground and play!
