4.15pm - 5.45pm (week 1, all levels)
2.30pm - 4.00pm (week 2, all levels)
This class is a wide-ranging approach to acrobatics and handstands that explores how the two can be combined to create interesting and alternative forms of movement.
The class will include functional movement patterns to help develop your fitness and spatial awareness with specific core strengthening and preparatory exercises.
It will focus on elements such as weight transfer, balance and coordination as well as learning shapes and initiation points for movement. The class is suitable for acrobats and hand standers’ alike.
Prior experience is not necessary however you should be able to hold your own body weight on your arms.
Please wear comfortable training clothes.
